Mumbai police wants to be secular. Roy is planning to arrest two Gujarati, two Marawri and two Marathi speaking youths to demonstrate secularism in their quest to solve the Mumbai Serial Bomb Blast- Dutiya. Roy also planned to arrest a Sindhi but he said he was not willing unless police paid him Rs 30,000/- for being arrested.
