With the 4th Bandh in 2 months, the CM of West Bengal is planning to introduce Bandh Tourism to the Pravasi Bhartiya. “Huge potential” claimed the CM.Bandh is embedded in the culture of West Bengal. They usually face a problem to implement a bandh on something that is already bandh!
