OBC issue resolved

A high caste teacher has developed an innovative method of converting low caste students to high caste students. Just sprinkle cow urine on them. WOW! I should have thought of this. Anyway, I have asked the constitutional experts if we can air sprinkle cow urine on the entire nation and eliminate the current crises of reservation for OBC.
