I had a long meeting with Putin. Lasted a couple of hours. Putin's insight on OSO v/s Sawariya was quite thought provoking. We also came up with some bright ideas on how to stay friends irrespective of us sleeping with the US once in a while.
None of the Indian Universities appear in the list of top 200 universities in the world. This is quite a surprise. If a university in India can give a doctorate to Lalooji it has to be in the top 5.
