I am under intense pressure to solve the "outsider" problem in Maharashtra. I was just wondering if all the Bhaiyas in Mumbai promise to not spit on the street will Raj Thackeray be satisfied. An alternative will be a promise from all the bhaiya rickshawala and taxiwala that they will not overcharge passengers who they pick from the airport. I really need to come up with out off the box solutions. I think the Bhaiyas need to promise something to placate the ghatis.

May be all the bhaiyyas should promise not to use any foul language in their daily conversations.. :) (That seems difficult though..)
