Manual for Integrated District Planning

I have been busy. I released the "Manual for Integrated District Planning" today. I was at the national conference of chairpersons of District Planning Committees. I am blogging about this as most of my readers are soooo urban that they do not know that there are district planning committees and that they too have a chairman!

The guys from UP wanted a special section on planning collections for birthday bashes and installing super large statues of living chief ministers in the manual. They also wanted at least three streets to be renamed in each city after Ambedkar, Kanshi Ram and Mayawati. Amazing chaps Maya memsahib has working for her. I thought Congress had the best chamchas in the country.

We sent a farewell gift to Bush. We owe this man a lot for nuclear charging the Indo-US relationship.

The bull goes for his bush!
