I like reading speeches to my Chief Ministers. Today I had one more opportunity. I enjoyed reading the speech. I made two or three reading mistakes. Other than rigorously shaking my head twice to correct these, my speech was encouraging and empowering all on the stage and NDTV. I had all the Chief Ministers hopping on their seats shouting "Bharat Mata ki Jai"
