Stupidity included in the census

I have decided to include the stupidity factor in the census. I think the stupid people in India have rights and we cannot discriminate against them. PC and his team will be asking pointing questions "Were you ever discriminated against because you are stupid?" 

No...I have never experienced any discrimination due to stupidity. I am welcome everywhere because of it!
